3. Install door leaf(fire resistant hinge)
(1) The hinge slot shall be removed, and the decorative surface of the suit door shall not be damaged during operation.(fire resistant hinge)
(2) Install hinge. Before nailing wood screws, first lead the nail hole, then nail the wood screws and tighten them (screw one screw on the upper and lower hinges, and then close the door to check whether the gap is compliant, whether the opening is on the same plane as the door leaf, and whether the door leaf falls. Tighten other screws after they are correct. It is strictly prohibited to "drive" the screws directly into the door frame of the door leaf).
(3) Install the door lock (after installing the door lock, pay attention to comprehensively check whether the door lock switch of the door leaf is flexible and whether the seam is compliant).
4. Install door pocket line and door stop strip. (two in one structure)(fire resistant hinge)
(1) Concave installation nail grooves are set for the sheathing line and stop strip. Fix the door sheathing line shell and stop strip shell on the door frame with 20-25mm yuan nails, and then install the strip core and stop strip of the door sheathing line on the sheathing line shell and stop strip shell with glue.
(2) The door pocket line and door stop strip shall be cut at an oblique angle of 45 degrees (note that the oblique angle shall be polished smooth with a flat file or carpenter's plane, the joint between the two corners of the oblique angle shall be in a line, and the joint shall be tight and flat, and the joint shall be glued firmly with glue)
